HFC Airport transfer service provides the very highest possible standards possible for all its passengers. Whether you’re stepping out of LHR in London on business or you need to be dropped off at Gatwick for your next holiday in Greece, HFC will get you there relaxed and ready. Inbound flights are tracked and you can benefit from our meet and greet service in the arrival halls.
Concerts and Sporting Events
Book your return trip or one way from a concert or sporting event in the UK. Avoid the congestion of the trains and the rush to catch the last train home and miss the end of the gig!!
Cotswold and Stonehenge Tours
We offer full or half day hire and a chance to visit the wonderful sites of the Cotswolds. From Burford to Bath we have great knowledge of the area and know the nice pubs to visit for lunch. Stonehenge and Salisbury Tour is a must see, spend time visiting the Heritage museum before heading to the Cathedral to see the Magna Carta and enjoy lunch at one of the city's many restaurants or pubs.
European Tours
HFC offer transfers to mainland Europe, we can take you to Paris, Bruges and beyond. Maybe a private tour of the Normandy beaches or Flanders. We also offer single trips to any town, so if you need to be in France for work, we can get you there in comfort. This also allows you to work in the car, no need to break for flights etc

We have over 25 years experience, great knowledge of airports and cities around the UK. We pride ourselves on a great knowledge of London, knowing many of the hotels and restaurants in the West of London.
Providing over 1000 transfers per annum, we have a great online booking system with Apps now available for the passengers.
Our drivers are discreet, professional and reliable. They are all licensed by the relevant local authority and and have full public liability insurance and with regularly DBS checked. They work directly off our system and use a driver app for job details. They can easily connect with with passengers directly via SMS or WhatsApp,

Magnus Painter (Mags)
Owner / Director
25 years experience of running a chauffeur business, Mags started out a Private Hire driver for Millennium, but soon spotted a market for executive cars. Mags operated the first Mercedes V Class to run in Swindon, before adding an E Class to the fleet. Mags has studied the London Black Cab knowledge and is often seen picking up from the very best hotels in London. Sat Nav not required!! Sad fact, he knows every flight number at Heathrow!!
Louise Painter (Lou)
Director / Office manager
Louise has been a Director for many years, but recently started to assist with the office. Before having and looking after the younger boys, Louise was a marketing executive for a number of Global companies. Lou brings this wealth of knowledge to HFC and an eye for detail. When you email that booking, it will be Lou replying and sending out invoices.
Harrison Painter (H)
Private Transfers manager / Driver
Harrison joined the family business in September 2023, he the guy to speak to for Private Transfers especially holidays. Bringing his social media skills, H has looked to increase our market share in airport transfers and concerts. You will often see him running around Lawns, in his spare time he likes 1/2 marathons.
Mike Townsend
Senior Driver
Mick has been with us for over 18 years. last summer he semi retired to spend more time with his Greyhound and Birmingham City. Loved by many over the years, invited to so many countries by all the Exe Bosses of global companies. He's still around when needed!!
